Founded by Whitnie Riden, Esq. and Reece Riden, the firm merges sharp legal acumen with strategic insight and operational excellence. Whitnie brings a wealth of experience from her work at an Intellectual Property boutique in Atlanta, where she guided entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, and innovators in safeguarding their brands and negotiating contracts. An active leader in the legal community, she served as ABA Young Lawyer Division Chair for the Entertainment and Sports Industries (2022–23, 2023–24) and was named an ABA Legal Scholar (2022–24). Her role as Associate Athletic Director of Compliance at an NCAA Division II university further enhances her expertise in NIL, endorsements, and institutional compliance.

Alongside Whitnie, Reece Riden strengthens the firm with a strong foundation in litigation, civil defense, and personal injury law. A graduate of John Marshall Law School (J.D., 2018), Reece began his career as a staff attorney in Hall County, managing both civil and criminal dockets. He then served at one of Georgia’s largest insurance defense firms, representing major insurance clients and corporations. At the Nick Schnyder Law Firm, LLC, he expanded his litigation expertise—earning recognition for his work in personal injury and insurance defense, and being named a Rising Star (2024–2025) by Super Lawyers. His courtroom and negotiation skills add depth to the firm’s ability to advocate for injury victims and clients across a broad range of legal needs.
